Registration Fee and Hotel cancellation policy
Any change or cancellation of the registration and accommodation fee must be provided in writing to Kassiopea Group Srl:
Cancellation received before 10th February 2014 – no charge
Cancellation received from February 14th to 28th February 2014 – charge of 50% of registration fee
Cancellation received after February 28th and No-Show – charge of 100% of total registration fee
